How much does it cost?

Monthly bookkeeping starts at $199. Your actual price depends on your monthly expense volume. We'll give you a specific number after learning about your business.

My books are behind. Can you fix them?

Yes. Catch-up bookkeeping is one of our core services. We'll look at how far behind things are and give you a project price to bring everything current and accurate.

Is there a contract?

No long-term contracts. We work on a month-to-month basis. You can cancel anytime if it's not working for you.

How do I send you documents?

We use a secure portal for document uploads. It's straightforward to use and we'll walk you through setup when you start.

Do we need to meet in person?

Not required. Most clients prefer phone or video calls. If you'd rather meet in person, we can do that in Santa Fe.

What accounting software do you use?

We work in QuickBooks Online. If you don't have an account yet, we can help you get set up and configure it properly for your business.

What do I need to do each month?

Upload your bank statements and receipts through our portal. Answer a few questions if something looks unusual. That's about it. We handle the rest.

Can I ask questions without getting charged extra?

Yes. Every engagement includes unlimited questions. You shouldn't have to hesitate before reaching out or wonder if it's going to trigger a bill.

Do you handle payroll?

We set up and configure payroll systems so you can run payroll confidently. This includes employee setup, tax withholding settings, and hands-on training. We don't process ongoing payroll, but we make sure you have everything in place to do it correctly.

Do you file taxes?

We don't file income taxes, but we prepare your books so your CPA has clean financials at year-end. We do handle New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax returns for businesses that need that service.

How quickly do you respond?

We aim to respond within one business day. If something is urgent, let us know and we'll prioritize it.

How soon can you start?

Usually within a week of our first conversation. If your books need cleanup, we start there. If they're current, we move right into monthly service.
